Salsa Verde (green salsa)
This is the salsa that Chendo made at our party and everyone loved.
Prep Time: 5 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 20 Minutes.
10 Tomatillos (small green tomatoes)
2 Serrano Peppers
1 Jalapeno Pepper

1/4 Onion
1 Clove of garlic
8 Cilantro leaves
1 Tbsp of salt

Directions
In a saucepan, boil the tomatillos and peppers until the tomatillos are soft to the touch and all are light in color.
Drain and put all into a blender with the other ingredients and puree. Do a taste test using tostitos.
If the salsa is too spicy or not spicy enough you may add sugar or more Serrano peppers to taste.
And most importantly you must add Chendo's secret ingredient... love :-)
